LARE Section E Passing Rates

What are my chances of passing Section E of the LARE on the first try?

Section E of the LARE has historically been the most difficult part of the LARE exam for candidates to pass on the first try.  On average only 37 percent (37%) of candidates pass the exam every time it is offered.  
LARE Section E Passing Rate Chart.  While the average passing rate of Section E is about 37 percent, passing percentages have varied widely.  Note that no test had over half the candidates pass.  This means you have to study and know your stuff to pass.
