LARE Section D Passing Rates

What is the Passing Rate for Section D of the LARE?
Section D of the LARE is a multiple-choice, computer-based exam that is offered in March and August.  The average passing rate is about 63 percent which makes this section the most challenging multiple-choice test on the LARE.  Look at the chart below.
Section D of the LARE has an average passing rate of 63% during the sample period.
Based on the data, it seems that fewer people are passing the test recently.
